✅ What’s Included:
Machine washing and drying of everyday laundry
Folding and packaging of clean laundry
Standard detergent (non-hypoallergenic)
Each customer’s laundry is washed and dried separately
⚠ Important Disclaimers:
By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
No Liability for Damage or Loss
We are not liable for shrinkage, color bleeding, fabric damage, or missing items.
No Special Handling
This is a basic service. We do not inspect or follow garment care labels unless specifically requested.
Suitable Items Only
All items must be machine washable and dryable. We are not responsible for damage to items not suited for standard processing.
No Stain or Delicate Treatment
We do not pre-treat stains or handle delicates separately. For specialized care, please use a dry cleaner or premium service.
Lost Laundry Policy
Because each customer’s laundry is washed, dried, and processed separately, it is not possible for items to be lost or mixed with other orders. If you believe something is missing, please contact us immediately so we can verify and assist.
🛍 Customer Responsibilities:
Ensure all items are safe for machine laundering
Remove valuables, electronics, or sharp objects from pockets
Clearly label your laundry bag

Use of this service constitutes agreement with the terms above. If you have special instructions or laundry needs, please notify us before your pickup or drop-off.
